Instead, it includes just two basic ingredients for the preparation. This amazing recipe has been shared by vlogger Parul Jain on her YouTube channel 'Cook With Parul'.

Besides explaining how to make malai kulfi with just two ingredients, she also shared tips on how to make it flavourful. She elaborated on how to spruce up a simple malai kulfi into rose malai kulfi, pista malai kulfi, shahi malai kulfi, badam malai kulfi and kesar malai kulfi. Let's take a look.

How To Make Malai Kulfi With Just 2 Ingredients | Malai Kulfi Recipe:

Step 1. Take a heavy base kadhai and heat on a medium fame. Add some water to it to avoid the milk from sticking to the base.

Step 2. Add cold milk to the pan. Do not boil before starting the process.

Step 3. Keep stirring the milk continuously on a low to medium flame till it turns 1/3rd of the quantity.

Step 4. Add sugar to it and keep stirring till the milk changes colour. Do not over thicken the milk; doing this will make it tough for you to set the kulfi.

Step 5. Switch off the flame and transfer the mix to a grinding jar and churn for 30 seconds. This will give your kulfi the perfect texture and consistency.

Step 6. Add some cardamom powder and transfer the mix in 5 different bowls,
