Veg Tandoori Pulao: How To Make This Vegetarian Tandoori Pulao
Prepare a marinade by mixing yoghurt, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and chaat masala. Add chopped aloo, paneer, capsicum, carrot and marinade. Fry the marinated paneer vegetable mixture till it is crisp, make sure you save some marinade at this stage.
Heat oil in a pan and saute cumin seeds and onions. Next, add the fried paneer-vegetable mixture and mix well. Add raw rice, the leftover marinade and water, and cover the pan. Boil the rice till it is cooked. The tandoori veg pulao is ready!
