How To Make Masala Chicken Pav | Masala Chicken Pav Recipe:

As mentioned earlier, it is basically a spicy chicken filling, stuffed between two slices of ladi pav. For preparing this chicken filling, you need boneless chicken, curd, ginger-garlic paste, mint leaves and a pool of spices. Now, let's find out how to prepare the chicken filling for masala chicken pav:

Step 1. Marinate the boneless chicken chunks with dahi, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Step 2. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and green chilli in a pan. Cook till the onion turns translucent.

Step 3. Add tomato and cook. Close the lid and let it cook till the tomato turns soft.

Step 4. Add marinated chicken to it. Sauté for a while and close the lid for at least 5 minutes.

Step 5. Now, add chaat masala, vinegar, coriander and mint leaves and mix everything together.

How to make the garlic sauce for the recipe-

Step 1. Heat a dollop of butter in a pan and garlic to it. Sauté it till the garlic turns light brown in colour.

Step 2. Add red chilli powder, and coriander leaves and cook for a while.
