Mayonnaise makes for an excellent accompaniment to a variety of foods. Be it our favourite burger, sandwich or salad, we need dollops of this creamy dip to enhance our meals. This thick, gooey paste makes our food creamier and more palatable. Not just in foreign countries, mayonnaise is also very popular in Indian cuisine now. It is almost omnipresent in most of the Indian households as a quick-fix to anytime hunger pangs. Even if there's no time to cook a meal, just spread a thick layer of mayonnaise on bread and satiate your appetite with a light but yummy treat. You might be tempted to try all different kinds of mayonnaise available but nothing beats the original, plain regular mayonnaise (with eggs), we have always eaten.
