Video of Man Kneading Dough With Feet Lands Kake Da Hotel In Trouble

Opened in 1931, Kake Da Hotel – known to old-timers as Kake Da Dhaba – has been a food lover’s paradise for its desi ghee soaked Punjabi cuisine, especially non-vegetarian delights. The eatery, located in Connaught Place, has a patronage that has passed on from one generation to another. Popular for its rich and flavourful Punjabi food, the very famous Kake Da Hotel became notorious overnight due to a video which went viral on twitter. The video showed a man standing over a huge cooking vessel and he is suspected to be kneading dough with his feet.The video has gone viral all over the social media. Several versions of the clip have popped up on Facebook and Twitter which has made many people angry. The restaurant insists that the man was washing clothes and had nothing to do with cooking. The video which seems to be recorded from a building across the restaurant in the city's famous Connaught Place area, shows a man standing ankle-deep in a huge cooking vessel whose later seen moving his feet vigorously, as if he were mixing something in the container. The camera then pans over the name of the restaurant. The original video was posted Twitter by the twitter handle @ikaveri.
 It is believed that the Department of Food Safety raided the restaurant shortly after the incident for a hygiene inspection. Here's how people on Twitter reacted to this incident:
