How To Make Boiled Chana Toast For Protein-Rich Breakfast?

To make boiled chana toast, we used kabuli chana (white chickpea), two slices of bread, butter, tomato, green chillies, onion, coriander, salt, lemon juice and chaat masala. You can also replace kabuli chana with kala chana or rajma. All you need to do is, soak the legume the night before.

Method to make boiled chana toast:

Start with boiling the overnight soaked chana with some salt. Meanwhile chop onions, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander finely. Once the chana is boiled, transfer it to a bowl and mix them well with chopped veggies. To it, add lemon juice and chaat masala and toss well. Keep aside.
