As a child, we all have relished a variety of treats ranging from tangy candies and pop rocks to jellies and fried snacks. These delights vary from region to region and often reflect the culture of that place. When it comes to India, we have a special place for spices and aromatic foods. It is highly unlikely that you don't remember Hajmola, a digestive pill enjoyed even today. Hajmola has a truckload of herbs and other ingredients that are said to aid digestion and that give a distinct taste to the candy. While we all may be familiar with its taste, imagine what it would be like if a Korean person tries it for the first time.

A video is doing rounds on the Internet where a Korean person pops a Hajmola candy and his reaction is what you just can't miss. In the clip, shared on Instagram, the Korean man grabs a bottle of Hajmola's regular flavour and takes a whiff just to regret it. He wonders what the candy has to offer and decides to try it. He takes a pill, places it on his tongue and instantly spits it out. “What is this?” he asks, adding that the flavour was too strong. Afterwards, the man musters up the courage to try again and eats the Hajmola. His expression is displeased. “This is too much,” he says after the second attempt. Watch the original reel below:

The clip has received close to two lakh views on the platform. Many reacted to it and some offered suggestions to the man. “You can also try the green flavour (Pudina). Usually people who don't like spicy food prefer this one. And as you too don't like spicy food you can try this one. Personally, it is my second favourite flavour,” a user said. Another person advised the Korean man to "try the purple flavour (imli) hajmola that's light, don't worry." A comment read, "Ya try the green, red, or purple one...... You chose the strongest one which even I can't eat." Here is how some of the other Instagram users reacted:

"This is my favourite thing that I used to eat in childhood."
"Even I don't like this flavour."
"We eat these tablets like candies and chewing gum."
"Regular flavor is strong. Try thr purple one.. imli flavour. It's also tangy but I like that one better."
"Try the red color hajmola, because it is very tasty."
