Although most of you probably already know this, it's still important to remember that eating too much might upset your stomach and alter the way your body is composed. Habitual overeating can also have an impact on blood sugar levels, weight, and fat concentration. While overeating every day is not advised, an irresistible meal can still cause you to push boundaries and overindulge in the delicacies. How can you manage the temporary unease that comes with the excess consumption of food? Lifestyle fitness coach Luke Coutinho has come up with some easy ways to deal with it. Luke shared a video talking about overeating hacks on Instagram and wrote, “This is a hack it's not permission to overeat all the time. It all comes down to how I can keep insulin low for my own metabolic health.”

In a clip, Luke Coutinho can be seen talking about the phenomenon of occasional food binges and how can you fix it. The expert said instead of feeling guilty about overconsumption one should take a walk for 15-20 minutes.

He said, “Walk for 15-20 minutes after a heavy meal. The worst thing that you can do is sit or watch television.” Luke added if you have already decided to enjoy a heavy meal you can do some light workout before eating to minimize the effects of overeating.

“Before you leave for that meal, do a couple of push-ups or squats, stimulate some muscles. It's best that you do your workout before that but stimulate some muscles. And after that meal, make sure you walk for another 10-20 minutes. This way you control your blood sugar better. It's a hack,” he added.
