Step-by-Step To Make Sabudana Khichdi

Step 1: Wash the sabudana thoroughly until the water runs clear. Soak it in water for about an hour.

Step 2: After an hour, drain the sabudana in a colander and let the excess water drain completely. This helps prevent the sabudana from becoming sticky or forming lumps while cooking.
