There is something wholesome about South Indian cuisine that makes us fall for it. Be it the crispy vada or the flavourful blast of the sambar, a full-fledged South Indian meal never fails to uplift our mood. Maybe it is this love for the cuisine that has often kept it at the forefront of foodie experiments. From idli keema, rasgulla idli, apple idli to blue ocean dosa and dosa cone dessert, the experiments around the South Indian meals are increasing with each passing day. Well, it seems far from over as now the internet has introduced us to the ice cream dosa. The video shared by an Instagram food page is making rounds on the Internet. It shows a vendor making a crisp dosa and greasing it with butter. Once ready he gives it a sweet touch by sprinkling cherries and colourful quins on top. If you think that you have heard enough then wait because next the vendor adds dry fruits and keeps a scoop of ice cream on it. No, it isn't over yet. The vendor drizzles chocolate syrup and keeps a cherry on top of it all.

Needless to say, the Internet is thoroughly disappointed with this foodie experiment. Several users flooded the comments section saying not to call it a dosa. A comment read, “Please don't say this as dosa, say pancake.”
Another comment read, “Dilpasand ice cream dosa (laughing emoticon).”
A user asked, “Anyone give justice for dosa and ice cream.”
“This guy will be the reason if Master Chef ever exits India”, said another.
“Moye moye dosa” was the sentiment on social media.
