Actor Angad Bedi is celebrating his 40th birthday today, February 6, 2023. Along with wife Neha Dhupia, he rang in the day at midnight in the most comfortable way possible - in his bed. Neha Dhupia treated her husband with a platter of desserts, which included mini cakes with tiny candles that Angad cut to bring in his birthday. Neha Dhupia shared a video from the intimate celebration on her Instagram stories. We are sure the couple's fans would be delighted to get a sneak peek into the midnight party of two.

The video shows Angad Bedi blowing the candle on the cakes. There are two round chocolate mini-cakes that can easily fit into your palm. The all-chocolate cakes are topped with thin chocolate wafers and are placed on a bed of red syrup mixed with some nuts. The cakes are served neatly on a large wooden tray along with some saucer plates, cutlery and white napkins. We can also see two servings of a yellow-coloured dessert topped with lots of cream in goblet-style dessert glasses. "Happy Birthday my love," wrote Neha Dhupia.

Neha Dhupia shared another picture which shows the birthday boy relaxing on his bed with the candles still lit on the cakes. "Humara (Our) Birthday Boy @angadbedi," she wrote on the image.

The Dhupias seem to have a tradition of midnight birthday celebrations and chocolate cake is their preference. Last year in 2021, Neha Dhupia cut her cake at midnight and it was again a small gooey and chocolaty cake glazed with chocolate ganache, along with white chocolate eggs in a chocolaty nest. Angad Bedi last year's birthday treat was slightly different. The cake was chosen by their daughter Mehr. It was decorated around the theme of 'Paw Patrol' - a famous children's show about 6 puppies. And you must have guessed it already, it was a chocolate-flavoured cake. Check it out here.
