  • 2 Papad
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp coriander, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Finely chop tomato, onion and cucumber.
  2. In a bowl, add the chopped vegetables, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, chat masala, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Roast the papad on tawa.
  5. Serve roasted papad with prepared masala on side.
