There is no dearth of wholesome content on the internet. From cute animal videos to babies doing adorable things- these videos always make us smile. But in such a variety of content, let's admit it, we all love to watch random strangers doing acts of kindness for people in need. These kinds of videos might also leave us feeling happy and emotional simultaneously. Recently, another such act of kindness has gone viral on social media. This time, when a family offered to buy lunch for a stranger, they were surprised with a gift that bought them to tears.
In a recent video uploaded by Instagram page @delightfulnews, we can see a man approaching a family and asking them if they could buy his lunch since he forgot his wallet. Then a woman replies by saying, "Lunch? Sure no problem," and hands him 20 dollars. After that, the man astounded the family when he gifted them 500 dollars. He told the family that since they were kind enough to buy him lunch, he would like to buy Christmas presents for them!

Ever since the video was uploaded, it has been viewed over 5.8 million times and has received 425k likes and thousands of comments of appreciation! One user wrote, "It never ceases to amaze me that the people with the least amount of money or possessions are the most giving. Bless this family...they probably know what it feels like to go without a "lunch"; that's why they didn't hesitate." Another user said, "This was so awesome. Have you ever noticed it's those who don't have much are willing to give what little they have. This made me cry."
