When it comes to street food, gol gappas are unquestionably the most popular. Whether you call it Golgappa, Panipuri, Puchka, Batashe, or Gup Chup, these various names for the same dish just prove how much we love having this street food! They are versatile, allow for plenty of experimentation, and are incredibly tasty. But more than that, I think we all can agree that we can never get enough of that spicy pani filled in the puris. It tingles our tastebuds and always makes us ask for more. But would you ever try your pani puri's pani with a mix of cheese? It sounds like a weird thing to do with our classic street food, right? Well, believe it or not, a street vendor is offering these cheese pani puris that have left many unhappy.

In a video uploaded by Instagram food vlogger @food_o_logu_nagpur, we can spot a street vendor adding cheese to the pani puri's pani. The video begins with the street vendor opening a packet of a block of cheese. Then he shreds the cheese on top five containers filled with pani puri's pani. In the video, when @food_o_logu_nagpur asks the vendor, "What are you adding?" the vendor replies, "Cheese ja rahi hai, kisi ko batana maat (I am adding cheese, please don't tell anyone.) Ever since the video was uploaded, it has been viewed 619K times, has 39.9K likes and hundreds of comments. One of the users wrote, "Aaj kal street food wale har ek dish mein cheese dal rhe hai.. Without any knowledge and taste... Panipuri ki bezzati krdi (These days, street vendors add cheese to anything, without any knowledge and taste. This is an insult to pani puri)"

Another user added, "Ye video dek ke Nagpur chord ke chale jane ka maan kar raha hai. (I want to leave Nagpur after watching this video.)"
Many people have also said that street vendors add cheese and butter to anything just for the sake of innovation. Some others have also added that such food experiments need to be stopped.
