A Night To Remember
Whisky Samba gave its patrons a preview of its new cocktails at the launch event, which was organised on its premises on September 11, 2019. The bar was taken over by some of the city's most celebrated guest bartenders whose ascetic approach to churn out delectable drinks was evident in every swig. You couldn't mind having a drop too much. The spoonable sensations that accompanied the drinks were equally enticing. From bite-sized prawn sushi to duck dumplings, we got a bang for every bite.
The expansive bar had something for everyone. A host of cocktails concocted out of whisky, gin, vodka and other fable spirits left us spoilt for choice. The inspiration behind the menu was derived from the four defining notes of Whiskey - Smoke, Rich, Light and Delicate.

An Array Of Cocktails To Choose From
These drinks will change the way you look at whisky - Fresh Shoulder Tap (Monkey Shoulder, Dry Sake, Salted Honey Water, Angostura Bitters, Basil Leaf), Smoky and Peaty Islay Nectars (Laphroaig 10 Y., Belentine's Finest, Vermouth, Smoked Honey, Lemon Peel) and The Rich and Fruity Samba Sours (JW Black Label, Amaretto, Egg White, Candied Orange)
Vodka and gin lovers must go for Light and Floral Peach and Pear Gin (Peach & Pear infused Gin, Jade Tonic, Watermelon slice, Edible Flower) and Truffle Express (Pineapple and Truffled Fat washed Absolute, Lemon Cordial, Soda, King Chilli Oil)
Carribean Cardi (White Rum, Lime, Home-made Spiced Falernum, Egg White, Aromatic Bitter, Dehydrated Orange) will whet the appetite of rum drinkers.
