Curd joins the 'instant' race

It's the age of instant karma, instant nirvana, instant gratification and two-minute foods. So why should it take hours to make curd? And it seems now that curd can be made readily available in an instant as well. A young innovator from Andhra Pradesh has made that possible. Many people face the difficult problem of facing unexpected guests at an unusual hour. Though they are most welcome, but there's not even enough curd for a simple meal.
