Recipe: Garhwali Kadhi

Garhwali Kadhi is a traditional Kadhi from the state of Uttarakhand. It is millet (jhangora) based curry cooked with curd, hing, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin and turmeric. Best served with rice.
