4. Keto Naan

This one might turn out to be your favourite - because it is filled with cheese, and there's no one we know who doesn't like it. 5. Cauliflower Roti

Yes, you don't really always need flour to make rotis. Grated cauliflower can as well do the job. Grate cauliflower, for 2 cups of cauliflower, add 1 tbsp psyllium husk. Add some salt and green chillies, and knead lightly. Since this is a mixture and not kneaded flour, you will have to place the mixture on a flat surface and flatten with your hands. You can also use parchment paper and when the roti is flattened, simply toss on the tawa to cook.

We are sure that with so many wonderful options, you will no more be wary of following keto diet for weight loss, while continuing to enjoy your favourite Indian meals.
