To prepare this recipe, grate beetroot in a bowl and remove all the excess water then add mashed potato in the same. Mix both of them properly. Then add all the dry ingredients like salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala and more.

After adding all these, mash everything well by using a potato masher or by your hands. Now, the last step is to scoop out dough balls from the mixture. Flatten them out in a form of tikkis, then shallow fry them on tawa with some ghee, you can also bake them.
