A popular recipe from the streets of Mumbai, this dish is a quick solution to all your hunger pangs. All you need to do is butter the slices of breads, add mint chutney to it, and layer with slices of potatoes, cucumber, onion, capsicum and tomatoes. Sprinkle chaat masala and salt and close with another slice of bread.

Now, heat a tawa and toast the sandwich on both the sides with some butter, until it turns crispy. Cut the sandwich into two and serve hot.
