Baked potato wedges have minimal oil yet maximum flavour. Cooked in an array of spices such as cumin seeds, black pepper, jalapeno, chilli flakes and salt, parboiled potatoes wedges are then baked with oodles of cheese on top that simply takes the flavour of the dish a notch higher.
