Here're 4 Ways To Reheat Deep-Fried Food:

1. Preheat The Oven

Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. While you're waiting, take the leftover fried food out of the fridge. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and arrange the food in a single layer on the rack. Allow at least 10 to 30 minutes for the food to come to room temperature. This is necessary because it allows the food to be evenly heated.

2. Air Fryer

Preheat the air fryer to 375 F. Remove your fried food from the refrigerator and set it aside for 10 to 20 minutes to come to room temperature. Place the fried food in a single layer on the air fryer basket. Cook it for 5-6 minutes, flipping once to ensure even cooking.

3. Microwave Technique

Take your fried food out of the refrigerator and set it aside for 10 to 30 minutes, or until it reaches room temperature. Place fried food on a plate and cover it with a paper towel. Microwave for 30 seconds, or until warm. Remember not to overcook it or it will become too dry. However, the microwave technique won't give you the desired crispy texture but it will be somewhere around. Please note - use this technique only when you do not have an oven and air fryer at home.

4. Frying Pan Or Skillet

If you don't have any of the above-listed appliances at home, a frying pan or skillet will probably be sufficient. When it comes to reheating fried food, this method is known as 'double-frying' and requires a lot of time and energy. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Make sure the oil reaches a temperature of 300 degrees F (149 degrees C). Fry the food for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, using tongs. Don't overfill the skillet or pan.
