The recipe for this quick and easy cake was shared by chef Neha Deepak Shah on her official Instagram page. Start by adding milk or dark chocolate to a large bowl. Microwave it in bursts of 30 seconds until completely melts. Once done, allow it to come to room temperature and then add cream. Mix well. Now, spread some of the prepared chocolate ganache on parchment paper, make six stacks of Parle-G biscuits, and arrange them over it. Next, make six more stacks and place them over the first layer. Coat all the biscuits with the remaining ganache, ensuring all sides are covered nicely. Garnish with chopped nuts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
