While eating a snack between meals is not a bad idea, it can be unhealthy if one decides to eat food that is deep-fried or processed. To help make healthy food choices easier, fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala has shared the recipe for quick and easy corn chaat on her Instagram timeline. The tasty treat is not only healthy and nutritious, it is also packed with flavour.

Yasmin captioned the video, “What the chaat? Beat your evening hunger pangs with this flavourful, super healthy and quick corn chaat.”

To make Yasmin Karachiwala's corn chaat, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup American corn
  • 1 tbsp tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp onions
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder (cumin powder)
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1 tbsp mint chutney
  • 1 tbsp sweet chutney
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 3/4 tsp green chilli
  • 1 tbsp coriander

Mix corn, tomatoes, onions, jeera, red chilli, chat masala, black salt, mint chutney, sweet chutney and Greek yoghurt in a bowl. Garnish it with some green chillies and coriander. Enjoy the yummy chaat!
