Here's How You Can Make That Perfect Tadka For Traditional Curd Rice:

Ingredients Required:

Refined Oil - 2 tablespoon
Green Chillies - 2 chopped
Curry Leaves - 8-10
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Chana Dal - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Whole Red Chillies - 2

Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add in mustard seeds. Wait for the mustard seeds to splutter.
