It's so much fun to make different breakfast dishes with eggs. There are infinite ways you can use those eggs and transform them into tasty delights. While eggs are usually had in mornings, egg curry is one common dish to satiate your cravings during lunch or dinner time. Other than its drool-worthy taste, its high protein content is another reason people love to eat eggs. For Indian palate, there's nothing better than a bowl of spicy egg curry. For those who don't really appreciate this simple Indian-style egg dish, we have brought a better version of it that no one can refuse.

Chicken Egg Curry Recipe:
 

Ingredients:
(Serving 2-3)

250 gms boneless chicken
4 eggs
2 onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, grated
Half tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 bay leaf
Half tsp cumin seeds
1-2 green chillies
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
Half tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp curd

Method:

Step 1 - Marinate boneless chicken pieces in some salt, red chilli powder and 1 tbsp curd for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2 - Boil the eggs in water and some salt. Cut them all in the middle into 2 pieces.

Step 3 - In a pan, heat some oil and fry bay leaf and cumin seeds till they crackle.

Step 4 - Saute onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.

Step 5 - Add tomato puree, salt coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder to taste. When the tomato cooks, add 1 tbsp curd and saute for 2 minutes.

Step 6 - Add chicken pieces, close the lid and cook for 15-20 minutes or till chicken turns tender. Add garam masala powder and mix well.

Step 7 - Lastly, add boiled egg pieces and serve hot!
