Ingredients of Saffron Chicken
1/4 Cup Ghee
500 Gram Chicken
1 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 tsp Saunf
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Cup Water
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Saffron
How to Make Saffron Chicken
1.Take a pan and pour ghee in it, put chicken pieces in it and fry it till golden brown.
2.After frying, move out the chicken pieces and put ginger powder, cloves, cinnamon, saunf and red chilli powder in the pan.
3.Saute them together and add water.
4.Bring the water to boil and add salt. Stir well.
5.Now add the fried chicken pieces to the masala and mix it thoroughly.
6.Add saffron on top of that and blend it with the chicken.
7.Keep stirring the mixture till it is cooked well.
8.Cover the pan for some time for the water to evaporate.
9.Serve the saffron chicken hot.
