1 pomfret, cut into pieces
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp black pepper, crushed
Method:
1. Marinate the pomfret with salt and lemon juice.
2. Skew it, and cook it in tandoor or oven.
3. Cook till soft & juicy.
4. Brush some butter over it.
5. Sprinkle crushed black pepper on the top.
