How To Make Cucumber Chutney At Home:
To start with, grate cucumber and keep it aside. Then fry green chilli, chana dal, urad dal in oil and cool down completely. Then transfer these ingredients to a mixer grinder and add cumin, salt and garlic to it. Grind into a fine paste.
Add a portion of the grated cucumber to the mix, along with some tamarind pulp and grind. Now transfer this cucumber mix to a bowl and add the grated portion to it. Add some salt and chopped coriander leaves to it.
Temper some mustard seeds and cumin seeds with whole red chilli, curry leaves and hing and pour on the chutney and serve.
