Tandoori Chicken In Air Fryer Recipe: How To Make Tandoori Chicken In Air Fryer
To begin with, you first need to prepare the marinade. For that, take a bowl, add thick curd, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, kasuri methi, cumin powder, and salt to taste. Mix it well.
Then add 1 tbsp of mustard oil to give it a strong flavour. Mix again. Add the chicken pieces inside the marinade and let it rest. To enjoy the full flavours of this dish, marinate the chicken for about 6-7 hours before organizing a party.
The last step is to add these chicken pieces in an air fryer at 360 degrees F for 10 minutes. Once done, take all the pieces out. Sprinkle some chaat masala and lemon juice on top and serve with mint chutney and onion rings. Voila, your starter is ready to impress your guests.
