To begin with this traditional recipe, all you need to do is prepare the hareesa gravy with soaked moong dal, rice, oats and boil them. Turn the flame off and blend them in a blender until a required consistency. Then add minced mutton keema along with different aromatic spices and give it a nice stir for about 10-15 minutes. Once done, add prepared spinach tadka along with prepared chicken kebab and cover the lid and let it cook on low flame until all the ingredients get soaked into the hareesa gravy.
