1 cup soya chunks/soya granules

1 cup wheat flour

2 onions

1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

1 green chilli, slit

Salt and red chilli powder to taste

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

Half cup milk

Method –

1. Soak soya chunks or granules in milk for one hour.

2. Once soya wilts and also rises, squeeze out excess milk and grind it to make a paste.

3. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions and ginger-garlic paste.

4. Add all other spices, little water and keema, and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

5. Use this sabzi as a stuffing for your paratha.
