Zambar brings to you a Kerala feast that is sure to stay with you long after you have left. The Sadhya menu at Zambar has 27 vegetarian dishes, from rice with various accompaniments. One can relish dishes like aviyal, eriserry, khichadi beetroot, mambazha puliserry, kootu curry, cabbage thoran, beans mezhukkupuratti, inji puli, thiyal, pineapple pachadi, choru, parippu curry, sambar and rasam along with crunchy nendran and jackfruit chips and various chutneys and pickles to go with the meal.
