In this recipe, you would first have to make paneer rolls then mix them in a fiery gravy to add that extra zing. This recipe may sound a bit lengthy to make, but the final results are sure to make you happy. In this dish, you won't even require to make any extra roti or naan. Just have it as it is! First, heat oil in a pan, add two roughly chopped onions, tomatoes, curd and add garlic, ginger and whole spices. Fry it for a while and add whole red chillies and green chillies. Then throw in red chilli powder, coriander, turmeric and salt and fry it well. After the masala is cooked, cool it and make a smooth paste in the mixture.

Take a pan, heat some oil, add kasoori fenugreek and mix with the prepared paste to cook. Sprinkle garam masala on it. Now cut some paneer and keep it aside. Take out the remaining square slices of paneer and spread them on a plate. Now crush the paneer. Heat a pan, add some oil, add finely chopped onion and fry it lightly. Add crushed paneer to it, prepare stuffing with masalas. Spread the prepared filling on the paneer slices and roll them. Then heat then on a pan and mix in the gravy. Once done, garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
