Ingredients of Paneer Gravy Roll
- 500 gms Paneer
- 3 Onion
- 2 Tomato, chopped
- 2 Green chilly
- 6-7 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 2 whole red chilli
- 2 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 Small cardamom
- 1 chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- 1 Fenugreek
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp Cream
- 2 tbsp Oil

Heat some oil in a pan, add two roughly chopped onions and add garlic, ginger and whole spices to it.
Add roughly chopped tomatoes and curd. Fry it for a while and add whole red chilies, green chilies to it.
Add red chili powder, coriander, turmeric and salt and fry it well. After the masala is cooked, cool it and make a smooth paste in the mixture.
Take a pan, heat some oil in it, add kasoori fenugreek, after that put the prepared paste in it and cook it.
Sprinkle garam masala on it, keep the prepared gravy aside.
Now take paneer, cut some paneer from it and keep it aside. Take out the remaining square slices of paneer and spread them on a plate.
Take paneer, crush it. Heat a pan, add some oil, add finely chopped onion and fry it lightly.
Add crushed paneer to it, prepare a stuffing by sprinkling red chili, coriander, salt and garam masala.
Spread the prepared stuffing on the paneer slices and roll them, if you like to roast them- then heat a little ghee on the pan and now you can roast them lightly.
Here we are putting them in the same gravy. Serve garnished with green coriander.
