The actress has shared a snap of herself on Instagram Stories, wherein she was gobbling down a jar of milk. “Full fat,” Sara wrote along with a milk sticker. What is the confusion, you ask? Alongside the snap, the actress has asked her fans whether she should have a banana milkshake or cereals with cold milk. A tough question, isn't it?

Step 1: Put all ingredients (1 cup chopped banana, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup cream, and 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence) in a blender jar and blend until smooth. The cream is optional.
