Cucumber Chutney Recipe - 

(Make 1 bowl for 4-5 people)

Ingredients - 
1 cucumber
1 tsp chana dal
2-3 green chillies
1 tsp minced garlic
Half tsp mustard seeds
5-6 curry leaves
2 tbsp grated coconut (optional)
Salt to taste
1 tsp tamarind pulp
A pinch of hing

Method - 
Step 1 - Peel and chop the cucumber. Blend it with coconut, garlic, green chillies, salt and tamarind to make a smooth paste.
Step 2 - Heat some oil in a pan, add, hing, mustard seeds, chana dal and curry leaves till they crackle. 
Step 3 - Pour the tamarind over the cucumber paste, garnish with some chopped cucumber cubes, coriander leaves and serve.
