First, take mutton leg pieces and make slashes in them. Marinate it with salt and ginger-garlic paste. Refrigerate it for a few hours. Now in a pan, heat some oil and fry onions. Then add ginger and garlic with tomatoes and mix. Set this aside. In a bowl, mix curd with red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, chaat masala, haldi powder, and salt. Mix and cover this on the mutton leg. Set this on a baking tray and cover this with the tomato onion mix. Bake this till cooked. Then take it out and enjoy!
