Wellness influencer Gracie Norton made this drink popular by claiming it gave her "the best sleep of her life." Social media is full of cooking tips and hacks but not all of them are verifiable. But this 'Sleepy Girl mocktail' might actually work. 
Sleepy Girl mocktail is made with just three ingredients - tart cherry juice, magnesium and prebiotic soda. Tart cherry juice, being the main ingredient, is known to offer lots of health benefits, including promoting sleep. 

We dug further and found out a study published in the 'Journal of Medicinal Food' that proves it. It says that tart cherry juice contains several phytonutrients, phenolic acid like caffeic acid and flavonoids like catechin anthocyanin. These components help ease mind by releasing oxidative stress, resulting in peaceful sleep. The study concluded that the cherry tart juice has "modest beneficial effects on sleep in older adults with insomnia." Tart cherry juice also contains tryptophan and melatonin, which are known to enhance sleep. Plus, magnesium is also good for mind relaxation.
