Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor is quite a fan of clean eating and lately her fans have been getting to see a lot of home-cooked food on her Instagram stories. Shraddha has been sharing snapshots of food from her dabba, which we're guessing gets delivered to her on sets, straight from home, to help her eat healthy. The actor, who will appear alongside Shahid Kapoor and Yami Gautam in the film Batti Gul Meter Chalu, is quite a foodie and frequently shares pictures of her meals on her Instagram page. The actor is blessed with naturally clear skin and a face with delicate features, but she makes sure that her diet is devoid of any excessively sugary or greasy foods, for the most part. Shraddha Kapoor's meals are mostly rich in lots of fibre, high quality carbohydrates and proteins.Apart from drinking plenty of water and never skipping a meal, Shraddha never forgoes any chance to indulge in fresh fruits and vegetables.
