The vegetables you need to prepare this lollipop are boiled potatoes, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, spring onion, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste. As per Alpa, you must grate the potatoes, cabbage and carrot to avoid lump-like texture in the dish.
