Here we solve both the problems by bringing you a recipe of instant rabdi that will give you the same creamy, thick and rich rabdi that we all like to have.

Instant Rabdi Recipe I How To Make Rabdi In 5 Mins: 

Step 1 - Take 2 large sandwich breads, lob off their dark sides. Put the slices in the grinder to make crumbs. 

Step 2 - Boil around 2 cups of full-fat milk. Add the breadcrumbs, keep boiling at medium-low flame.

Step 3 - Add half cup milk powder, some water, and stir well. Boil for another 2-3 minutes.  

Step 4 - Now add some chopped dry fruits of your choice - cashews, raisins, almonds etc.

Step 5 - Add in sugar while stirring, also add in powder of 3 cardamoms (elaichi). You will see that milk begins to thicken. 

Step 6 - Finally, add in some ghee for rich flavour and glaze. Turn off the gas. The rabdi will become thicker after it cools down at room temperature.
