Chicken tikka masala, as the name suggests, are some chicken tikkas or tawa-fried chunks  tossed in a creamy, tomato-based gravy. It is fairly easy to make at home as well. You would need some boneless chicken, tomato puree, onion, curd, cream, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste.
