Here Is The Recipe Of Lauki Ki Barfi | Lauki Ki Barfi Recipe:

To make this recipe first, you need to take two-three laukis and deseed them. After deseeding, grate them into a bowl and remove the excess water from the vegetable. Then, add two tablespoons of ghee in a pan, throw in your grated lauki and cook on low to medium flame for 5 minutes.

In a grinding jar, add one glass of milk, half a cup of sugar, one tablespoon of cashews, and 200 gms of chopped paneer. Blend it well till a smooth liquid is formed. Add this milk mixture to your lauki, stir it continuously till they combine. You can also choose to add green food colouring to it.

Take a cake tin, grease it well and add the prepared lauki mix to it. Freeze it for half an hour and garnish it with dry fruits. Your lauki milk cake is ready to be served and enjoyed.
