3. Four Cheese Pasta in a MugThis mug recipe is a dream come true for every cheese lover. It is the quintessential mac and cheese just in a cheesier avatar. Fill half of the mug with macaroni or penne and then add half a cup of water. Place the bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes to cook the pasta al dente. Continue cooking in intervals of two-minutes till the pasta is cooked. Now, add 1/4 cup of milk along 1/2 a cup of cheese and some salt to taste. You can try a combination of Parmesan, Cheddar, Brie and Emmental cheese. You can even add add some chopped leeks, celery and onions. Put it back in the microwave and continue cooking in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring occasionally and gently, for about 1 to 1 and 1/2 minutes. This mug recipe is healthier, tastier and faster than your regular muffin recipe. This muffin in a mug can be your reason to eat dessert for breakfast. In a mug, combine 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup carrot, 1/2 cup peeled and grated apples. Fold in one beaten egg and some milk. Add one tablespoon brown sugar or to taste. Sprinkle some flaxseeds and raisins on top and microwave for 50 seconds. Check whether it has been cooked completely or not, else you can microwave for another 50 minutes but not more than 2 minutes.

Pour the egg mixture all over the rice and stir it gently. Now, cover the mug again with cling film and microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds.
