It is the quintessential mac and cheese just in a cheesier avatar. Fill half of the mug with macaroni or penne and then add half a cup of water. Place the bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes to cook the pasta al dente. Continue cooking in intervals of two-minutes till the pasta is cooked. Now, add 1/4 cup of milk along 1/2 a cup of cheese and some salt to taste. You can try a combination of Parmesan, Cheddar, Brie and Emmental cheese.
