Tesla founder and billionaire Elon Musk has recently been in the news after he bought social media giant Twitter for USD 44 billion. In a statement after the deal was confirmed, he explained that according to him, Twitter was an integral platform for free speech. "Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated," he wrote in his statement. In just a few days, popular brands began to react to the news in their own trademark manner. Popular milk brand Amul too shared a witty topical in their own unique style on the occasion. It garnered much appreciation from internet users and went viral on social media. Take a look:

"#Amul Topical: Billionaire buys Twitter for $44 billion," read the caption to the post by Amul. In the caricature, we could see Elon Musk feeding butter to the Twitter bird while sitting at his Tesla desk. "Yeh Cheez Badi Hai Musk Musk," read the heading to the creative, while the tagline stated, "Share it, don't have it Elon!"

The post about Elon Musk's Twitter deal garnered over 3.8k likes and hundreds of comments. "When it comes to moment marketing...no one can beat Amul," wrote one user while another said, "Too cool for school! Like EM himself!" Several also complimented the Amul team for thinking of such creative and witty topicals for every occasion.
