Malaika Arora regularly shares poses and 'asanas' from her own Yoga routine for fans and followers to try, but we often pine for a sneak peek into her diet too. The actress took to Instagram stories to share a picture of her lunch, which was a delicious and fulfilling meal that she ate at home. Take a look:

The wholesome meal comprised three bowls, each of which had a unique and equally amazing dish. The first bowl was a classic cauliflower sabzi with peas in it, made just like we would at home. The second one was okra (or Bhindi), also cooked in the traditional home-style. The third bowl was the bigger one, full to the brim with a hearty khichdi garnished with coriander. The khichdi had the goodness of chana daal and was cooked just like it would be in any home.

Malaika's entire lunch meal was simply cooked, and wholesome in every way. The best thing about the entire meal was that it didn't look fancy at all. Further, it was cooked with minimal oil and only the basic spices in it. Malaika Arora is one of the fittest actresses, and in case you were wondering what to eat to look like her, you have your answer. The answer is to eat simple, home-cooked meals with loads of veggies and lentils.

The actress had recently participated in the #WhatsInYourDabba challenge, which was a social media initiative for celebrities to share healthy recipes from their lunchboxes or dabbas. Malaika Arora had shared a healthy vegan recipe with Zucchini noodles and bell pepper sauce. Take a look:

Thus, if you want to take diet tips from Malaika Arora, just eating home-made meals with less spices and cooked with very little oil is the way to go. Include a lot of vegetables in your diet, and make your diet protein-rich with lentils too. This is the simplest way to eat healthy, so take notes and get started on your fitness journey!
