Do you love mangoes? Yes. But  do you love buying them? Maybe, no! If you are like most of us, you wouldn't even know the names of half the variety of mangoes that the fruit seller puts on his deck. We may be picky with what we have on our plates, but at the fruit shop, the unmatchable names of mangoes can make us lose sleep. Radio jockey Karishma shared a hilarious experience in one of her recent Instagram Reels. She played out the parts of both customer and the fruit seller.

As she switched to a fruit seller's attire, she began rambling a list of unheard-of names of mango varieties. The experience exhausted the customer who, otherwise, claimed to be a die-hard mango lover.

Karishma ended the video with much drama, saying, “Sara mood hi kharab ho jata hai aam khane ka (it spoils my mood for mangoes altogether)”. The RJ heightened the humour quotient with her caption, “Maine seb khana shuru kardiya hai iss chakkar mai ab (I have started eating apples because of this)”.

We don't want you to get stuck with the names. Let's take this mango-licious journey further and look at some recipes:
