Vicky Kaushal works hard to maintain his fitness level and that includes following a healthy diet. But just like all of us, he too craves delicious foods and tries to include 'healthy plus yummy' meals in his diet. He once posted a picture of one such meal - thin ragi crisps with some delicious toppings, including tomato and onions salsa, healthy cheese, lentils and meat, topped with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. An eclectic melange of different healthy foods, the meal achieved a perfect balance between taste and health.
Vicky Kaushal is a foodie at heart and it shows in all his meals even when he is trying to keep it nutrient-rich. His latest Instagram story had a picture of the day's morning meal, which looked every bit decadent. Toasted brown bread slices with a huge omelette, loaded with veggies. The breakfast was rounded off with a bowl full of fruits including papaya, kiwi and pomegranate.

Vicky wrote on the post: "Let the gains begin!" making it clear that the meal was intended for all its health benefits, also confirming that Vicky wants his food to be both healthy and tasty.
Vicky tagged his chef Akshay Arora, who also sent over the special gluten-free meal to Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor for their Valentine's Day dinner. The same chef has been helping Vicky Kaushal follow a balanced diet. Vicky once thanked him for creating a wonderful meal of savoury waffles topped with poached eggs and mushroom sauce. However, Vicky too sometimes gives in to his temptations. Just recently, when Vicky was at Indore airport, returning to Mumbai from the shoot, his fan brought him samosa and jalebi, which Vicky could not resist. He shared in his post: "Kaha Tha Nahi Kha Paunga, Par Raha Nahi Gaya."
